All these tips will require hard work and determination if you want it, you gotta earn it.
The first thing you need is to plan a routine and no matter what happen you will follow it until you reach your goal, consistency is the key here. If you’re thinking you will start seeing results in 10 days well in some cases it even takes 3 months to see visible effects. Now let’s get started.

Don’t starve yourself for food, why would you in the first place? it has never worked for anybody instead they end up putting more weight . So the first thing that you have to keep in mind is not to starve yourself. Our bodies are really cleverly designed, it has a system which is most commonly referred as “the starvation protection mechanism” or in some places it is also mentioned as “the starvation mode”. This mechanism gets active when our bodies not meeting the amount of energy intake through food. In women its 1200 calories per day.
Our aim here is to slow down the appetite and boost our metabolism at the same time , These are two important steps which will result in great weight loss , starving your body can be really stressful for some of you , and stress plays an important role in gaining belly fat which we don’t want . In order to shed those extra pounds – lose weight, it is very important to control your metabolic rate and if possible to boost it as much as possible but make sure you eat enough to avoid any medical emergencies. Following the routine of 1000 calories day diet has worked for me really well.
Try putting quality over quantity in short nutrients vs calories, it’s not just about eating less calories, your body also requires nutrients. Lack of nutrients will make you weak so make sure to add nutrients in your diet. To be on 1000 calories day plan you need to consider your diet carefully – more than normally. There is a lot of difference between 1000 calories of junk food and 1000 calories of fiber rich food.

These also include fruit juices now you would be fruit juices are good for health i agree with that they are high in nutrients but also high in calories. You can eat as much fruit as you want (not drink).
Switch to non fat food
Switch your yogurt, cheese and specially milk to non fat or low fat. Fat is your biggest enemy although we can’t survive without it but we can reduce the percentage of intake. Each gram of fat we consume contains up 10 calories, and it adds up real quick. I am sure after 3 weeks you won’t even feel the difference in taste but you will see the change at your waistline.
Make some tweaks to your diet
So you know there is a healthier and low calorie alternative to your favorite dish although it will not taste the same but by making some changes you will make it healthier and low in calorie. Let’s say if you cut down 50% of the calories that will result in a good healthy diet.
Say NO to fast food
Just stick with natural whole foods and no mcDonald’s no kfc no subways these are your worst enemies. By saying no you will not only cut down calories but also save a lot of money. This also includes chocolate bars replace them with nuts and raisins.
Add more protein in your diet
Protein is low in calories and it fills you up real quick. This is what Atkins diet all about. Add good amount of Lean protein and you can cut down a lot of calorie intake. Lose weight and not starve yourself.
Avoid eating while standing
Follow a proper time table and always make sure to sit down while you are eating.
